A private 9-day voyage to discover some of Morocco’s rich musical heritage. Staying first in Marrakech for a night of gnawa trance music and with a trip to meet instrument-makers in the medina. This is followed by an excursion into the High Atlas Mountains for lunch and to see Berber traditional Ahwach music performed. Finally you head south in 4x4 vehicles to cross the Atlas Mountains and reach the Sahara desert, where you will enjoy traditional Saharan music styles at our splendid desert camp in the dunes of Erg Chigaga.
